Brian is a composer, producer, song-writer, and multi-instrumentalist musician.

He has released albums as part of the experimental-pop band Glorious Monster (2007), the electro-dance act Man is Doomed (2009), his first solo effort under the folk moniker Brian, Joseph and Casey (2010), the dance-rock project Blue Blazer (2013), and most recently his space-rock ultra-ego Brian Casey the Destroyer (2015), and the yacht-pop band Dek Shüz (2015).

Known for his experimental use of different instruments his music is often experimental in both composition and timbre.  Embracing influences ranging from Brubeck to Zeppelin (and everything in between) he is drawn to music with unique rhythmic motifs, modulatory harmonic structures, and spacious textures and sounds.  And while many of his recording projects have embraced different genres at their core, Brian's unique voice as a writer, producer, and performer can be heard throughout both his solo work as well as his collaborative efforts.

In addition to producing original songs and albums, he has led a successful career as an award winning composer for television, film, and advertisements, and was the recipient of a 2012 ASCAP Award for Top TV Theme (Alaska: the Last Frontier).  A graduate of the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN, Brian studied guitar, vocal performance, and composition on his was to BA in music.  He currently works from his studio in Minneapolis, MN.
